I’ve been hosting guests here in Magnolia since 2017. What started as a simple favor for a neighbor turned into something more. I opened my doors for the first time when a neighbor’s mother needed a place to stay through the winter. She spent six months here, escaping Montana’s snow, and I discovered how much I loved creating a space that truly felt like home, even if just for a season..

It’s been rewarding to help others feel settled during life’s in-between moments, whether they’re relocating for work, visiting family, waiting on a home to be built, or just getting to know our part of Texas before putting down roots.

While I’ll still occasionally offer shorter visits within a 30–45 day booking window, my focus is shifting toward 30+ day stays for guests who need a comfortable, dependable place to land while they work, relocate, or get to know the area.

If you or someone you know is moving to the area, I’d love to help them find a good landing spot here in the Tomball/Magnolia area. We have listings including studios up to a 5- bedroom luxury home.
